Our Day School
Dubnoff Center serves students from 5 to 22 who have moderate to severe learning, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Many come to us in crisis. We offer a full academic curriculum leading to high school graduation as well as a path that teaches living skills to help those with special needs transition into the community. Our capabilities go far beyond those of public or regular private schools. For instance, our credentialed special education teachers and qualified instructional aides provide an adult-to-pupil ratio of 1 to 6 or less.
Every Dubnoff student has a custom Individualized Education Plan (IEP) created to meet his or her own unique and specific educational, social, emotional and behavioral needs. Our curriculum meets all the graduation requirements of local school districts with which we contract. Credits earned at Dubnoff are transferable to other high schools as well as other school districts.
